* Packages cannot be altered once a consolidation order has been submitted

Please make sure that all items you wish to consolidate into your parcel have been selected at the time of submission.

Package consolidation cannot be cancelled, and new items cannot be added after the initial request, please make sure that all items you wish to consolidate have arrived in our warehouse before starting your application.

* Item consolidation weight limit

If the total weight of packages selected for consolidation is heavier than 20kg, your package consolidation request will be refused.

* The packing method of your parcel will be determined by Sendico

When consolidating your parcel your items will be packed using the package which they initially arrived in at our warehouse.
However, if items do not easily fit together, our warehouse staff may repack certain items which are excessively bulky.

For fragile items, or items that you feel require extra packaging, please apply for our Protective Packaging Service.

* Certain items may be ineligible for consolidation

Items with irregular sizes or items of a fragile nature may be unsuitable for consolidation. Therefore, if items such as golf clubs, guitars, umbrellas, laundry poles, skateboards and walking sticks are included in a package consolidation request, it may be refused.
If refused, Sendico will contact you within two working days to rearrange delivery and discuss the most appropriate solution.

* Certain items may incur additional customs charges

Customs duty is calculated according to the value of your package. By grouping multiple items together, you may incur additional, or increased customs charges that you will be responsible for paying.
* Please note that we will not consolidate items which have been set as having a value of 0 yen by the user. Please enter a genuine estimate of the item value before applying for this service.
