1. Search
Enter the name of the item you are looking for, the URL to an item on Yahoo! Japan Auctions, or the Auction ID and click the "Search" button to look for items.

Add the maximum amount you'd be willing to bid for the item you've found to your wallet, or enough for your next few purchases. You can have your funds refunded to your bank account within 2-3 days whenever you need.

Once you've found an item you like, and have checked the description to ensure it is in an acceptable condition, simply click the "Bid" button and keep an eye on your notifications to see if you've been outbid. You will receive an email from Sendico if you win the auction.
While bidding, the amount which you have bid, plus the 500 yen Sendico fee will be held as "Pending", and will be used to purchase your item upon winning the auction.
4. Further action depends on whether or not you win an auction:
4.1 You Win
Congratulations, you won! Now sit back and relax while we contact the seller about the delivery of your items to our warehouse.
4.2 You Lose
Unfortunately, you lost the auction you were bidding on, so what now? Your pending funds that were being held for your bid will be refunded to your wallet within 5 minutes. Either request a refund for your funds, or leave them in your wallet and find something else to bid on. Happy hunting!
Request a Deposit Refund 5. Pay
Once your items have arrived in our warehouse, you will need to pay for them. The total amount owed will be automatically deducted from your wallet balance, and will include the item price, Sendico's service fee, the inland shipping cost (from the seller to our warehouse), and consumption tax (if applicable). Attention: Sendico is not responsible for third-party fees, so please check the inland shipping cost in your item's description before bidding.
Shipping Calculator 6. Parcel Consolidation
Once your items have arrived in our warehouse, you can compile as many of them as you want into one parcel (up to a maximum of 20KG). There are a number of available shipping options for you to choose from, so find what's right for you.International shipping costs will be deducted from your wallet, and you will be responsible for any import duties that result from the total declared value of your parcel, so please bare this in mind when setting the insured value of your items.
